Ingredients

  1. 4 tablespoonsOil
  2. 3 teaspoonsGarlic (crushed)
  3. 1/2 cupYogurt
  4. 1 teaspoonAll purpose flour
  5. 2 teaspoonsCoriander powder
  6. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  9. 200 gramsPaneer
  10. 2 tablespoonFenugreek leaves (dry)
  11. 2 tablespoonsCream (fresh)

Steps

  1. 1

    . Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion and saute them until onions becomes translucent.

  2. 2

    Add all purpose flour in the yogurt and mix well to make yogurt paste.

  3. 3

    . Add yogurt paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add ¼ cup water and stir again.

  5. 5

    Add paneer, fresh cream, dry fenugreek leaves, lemon juice, honey, and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add the gravy into the bowl.

  7. 7

    Heat ghee in a pan, fry garlic and drizzle this mixture over the paneer. And serve.
