Heat butter shallow fry the paneer cubes and keep aside

Add oil and temper methi seeds and green chilli chopped

Add onion slices saute well adding salt

Now add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell disappears

Add all the masalas and mix

Pour the palak puree mix with the fried masala

Allow it to cook properly

Add paneer cubes as it becomes thick

Add sugar and kasuri methi

Serve it with chapati or naan
