Ingredients

  • 1 cupbasmati rice
  • 1 cupcapsicum, carrot, green peas
  • 1/2 cuponions Julian
  • 1 spoonginger Julian
  • 2 clovesgarlic chopped
  • 2 spoonGaram masala
  • 1 stickdal chini
  • 2cardamom
  • 1big cardamom jeera
  • Desi ghee
  • 1 spoontomato puree
  • 1 spoonspinach puree

Steps

    Soaked rice 20 mnts

  2. 2

    Boil with whole spices

  3. 3

    Take a pan add ghee& golden fry onion Julian

  4. 4

    Boil peas & cut veggies

  5. 5

    Fry paneer cubes

  6. 6

    Take a pan add ghee &crackle jeera fry Ginger, garlic, carrot & capsicum add green peas and tomato pureegaram masala&salt Cook 1mnt

  7. 7

    Keep out veggies from pan add sm more ghee

  8. 8

    Mix spinach puree in half portion of rice

  9. 9

    Add bay leaves layer veggies then plane rice sprinkle onion Julian and Garam masala then veggie then spinach rice

  10. 10

    Sprinkle Garam masala and onion Julian

  11. 11

    Repeat 1more tym

  12. 12

    Cover the lid for 5mnts

  13. 13

    After mnts take a bowl put burning coal pour ghee on the coal set in the middle of biryani pan &cover the lid

  14. 14

    Garnish with fried onions and serve with Raita..
