Boil with whole spices

Take a pan add ghee& golden fry onion Julian

Boil peas & cut veggies

Fry paneer cubes

Take a pan add ghee &crackle jeera fry Ginger, garlic, carrot & capsicum add green peas and tomato pureegaram masala&salt Cook 1mnt

Keep out veggies from pan add sm more ghee

Mix spinach puree in half portion of rice

Add bay leaves layer veggies then plane rice sprinkle onion Julian and Garam masala then veggie then spinach rice

Sprinkle Garam masala and onion Julian

Repeat 1more tym

Cover the lid for 5mnts

After mnts take a bowl put burning coal pour ghee on the coal set in the middle of biryani pan &cover the lid

Garnish with fried onions and serve with Raita..
