  • 1/3yam small size boiled
  • 1/2 kggoat offals
  • 7scotch bonnet pepper (blended)
  • 1/2onion bulb (blended)
  • Handfulscent leaf sliced
  • 3knorr cube
  • 1 teaspoonground uziza seed
  • 1 teaspoonpepper soup spice
  • to tasteSalt

    Wash offals very well with salt, then boil for 20min with knorr cube and salt

  2. 2

    Then add pepper,onions,uziza seed,pepper soup spice, allow to boil for 10min

  3. 3

    Add scent leaf and stir after 2min stir.

  4. 4

    Serve boiled yam with goat offals.
