Steps

Heat oil and temper jeera seeds,bay leaf and red chilli

Add chopped onion and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Make a paste of ginger garlic and mix it with the onion

Saute well adding jeera powder and red chilli Powder

Now add the Potatoes and fry well

Add tomato puree combine well cover it for 10 mimutes

Now add boiled rajma mix well with the masala

Finally add the boiled rice toss lightly so that the rice remains perfect.Add sugar and mix well.

Sprinkle ghee and garam masala powder and serve hot
