Boil the potatoes & mash it very nicely. (Once it come to room temperature

Take a bowl. Add smashed potatoes, grated paneer,chopped onions, coriander leaves, corn flour, 1/2 cup of Bread crumbs, all masala powder, salt and mix together.

And make a dough into fingers & roll it in bread crumbs. Keep aside for 10 mins.

Heat the oil & deep fry the fingers at medium flame.Fry till it gets golden brown.

And serve aloo Paneer fingers with mayo.
