Ingredients

  1. 3-4Boiled potatoes
  2. 1Onion chopped
  3. 1/2 bowlTomato puree
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/4 tspCumin seeds
  6. 1/4 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoonGaram masala
  9. 1/4 tspKasoori Methi leaves 1/4tablesoon
  10. Ghee
  11. 1Chopped green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds. When crackle add chopped onion Saute for 5min

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes puree. Saute for 5 mins more

  3. 3

    Add boiled and cut potatoes along with spices.add chopped green chilli.

  4. 4

    Mix well and cook with required water for 5 mins

  5. 5

    Sprinkle kasoori Methi leaves.
