Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbsboneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1 kg)
  • 2 tablespoonsplain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonground cardamom
  • 1tomato
  • 1onion
  • 1 cupvegetable oil (about 240 ml)
  • 1/2 cupvinegar (about 120 ml)
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken and cut it into thin strips. Slice the onion into wedges and finely chop the tomato.

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients to the chicken and let it marinate for at least 6 hours.

  3. 3

    Wrap the marinated chicken in flatbread (such as saj bread), toast lightly, and serve with coleslaw, garlic sauce, and French fries on the side.

  4. 4

    Bake in the oven until fully cooked.
