to tasteSalt (sendha),red chilli powder, green chilli ginger coriander lea
1 teaspoonred chilli powder
1 /2 teaspoon green chilli
1 teaspoonginger paste
as neededspoon oil

Cut potatoes in small size

All spices add in water chestnuts flour

Make a paste for pakories

Last you add cut potatoes and 1 tsp oil.

Deep fry.
