Cut bhindi in an inch length.

In a kadhai put some oil let it get smokey

Then add bhindi and fry till done. You can add lemon juice if it sticks.

Remove it and keep aside

Grind mustard seeds, pepper seeds, garlic, one tsp zeera, red chilli to a fine paste using water...

Add in dry spices and make a thin paste.

In the same kadhai put generous amount of oil and let half tsp zeera splutter..add in methi and wait till it changes colour.

Add this paste and fry till it starts leaving oil..make sure the paste is quite thin.

When it starts leaving oil add water to make gravy.

Bring it to boil.

Add fried bhindi.

Cook for 15 mins.

You can add 2 spoons of curd at step nine. :)
