Steps

Mix all the three wheat properly. Then add finely chopped methi in it and also add ginger garlic and chilli pate, sugar, curd, salt, red chilli powder and oil and mix it well.

Now make a hard doe pf this mixture and keep it aside for 5 min.

Make small balls of it and give it the shape of roti (make sure that it should be thin and not like roti) and roast it on a tawa with oil (like we make parathas).

Our tasty theplas are ready and serve it with aam ki chutney
