Ek pan mein thoda oil daalkar gas pe rakhein. Oil garam hone par jeera aur rai daalkar chatkaye ab isme katahua pyaz daalkar fry karein. Ppyazbhun jaane ke baad Sabhi barik Kati veggies add karein aur last mein tamatar daalkar bhune sare sukhe masale daalkar tel chhutne tak pskoaur 1/2 glass pani add karein

Ek pan mein pani boil karein aur isme 1 tsp oil aur salt bhi daal dein. Ab is boiled pani mein vermicelli daalkar boil karein aur 5 minutes baad chaan lein

Pake hue masale mein boiled vermicelli daalkar theek se mix karein aur 2-3 minutes tak pakayein. Bas ready hai vermicelli khichdi hare dhaniya ki patti se Sajakar serve karein.
