I love simple & delectable flavours.My mum has a farm, so she brings me a lot of fresh crops from the farm.
Steps

Peel the bananas, & add salt to contain discoloration.

Peel the potatoes. Place both in a medium sufuria/ non stick pot & let it boil for 25- 30 minutes.

Drain the excess water & salt. Mash evenly add a table spoon of butter.

Slice & Fry onions in a small sufuria.

Add in the sliced tomatoes & aubergine, let it cook into a puree.

Add the mince meat & carrots, allow to cook for 10 minutes.

Season the food & allow to the flavor to infuse for 2 minutes, to make a thick soup.

Plate & garnish with coriander, serve while hot.
