Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2fillets Chicken breast
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • Butter
  • 1/2 packagenoodles
  • 1 clovegarlic,minced
  • 1small onion, diced
  • 1small green pepper, diced
  • 1 cupcream
  • 1/2 cupmozzarella cheese
  • To tastesalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Salt and pepper the chicken fillets

  2. 2

    Boil noodles until al dente, drain and set aside

  3. 3

    Melt butter in a skillet and add the chicken into it, check that it doesn't burn, cook until ready. Keep warm

  4. 4

    Saute the onion, pepper and garlic in butter until fragrant, add the cream, cheese and salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Scoop the cream mixture over the noodles in a plate and serve with chicken. Hope you enjoy it!
