Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  • 100 gramoats
  • 4 tablespoonssemolina
  • 1beetroot
  • 2 tablespoonsboiled green peas
  • 2green chillies
  • 2 tablespoonscurd
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 2 teaspoonoil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind oats coarsely

  2. 2

    Mix oats and semolina

  3. 3

    Wash, peel and boil beetroot for 3..4 minutes

  4. 4

    Grind beetroot and mix in oats and semolina mixture

  5. 5

    Add curd in it

  6. 6

    Add chopped green chillies

  7. 7

    Add salt, pepper powder and baking soda in it

  8. 8

    Now grease the appey pan and pour the batter

  9. 9

    In the middle put some boiled green peas

  10. 10

    Cook from both sides by flipping

  11. 11

    Serve hot with chutney and tomato sauce
