Firstly clean the prawns. And add salt on it and leave it for 10 mins to drain the water of prawns.

On the other side make a thick paste of mustard seed,poppy seeds and green chilli.

Then marinated the prawns with the paste along with mustard oil, turmeric powder and salt as per taste. Rest it for half an hour.

Cut the banana leaves in approx 8 inches length.then boil the leaves in salted water for 2-3 mins.

Then wrap the marinated prawns in banana leaf and tie a knot with string.

Lastly fry it in mustard oil. Have it with rice.
