For batter, take a mixing bowl and mix sooji and curd into it.

Keep it aside for 5 to 10 mins.

Now chopped onion,coriander leaves and beetroot.

Put these vegetables in the batter.

Now add salt, black pepper and chat masala.

Mix it properly by adding little bit water to it so that it is combined to each other properly.

Now before making Appe, brush the appampatra with oil.

Now before pouring add eno salt to the batter.

Mix it and pour one scopop of batter in each mould of appampatra.

Now cover it with the lid for two mins.

Flame should be high.

After that flip it and again cover it with the lid.

And again after two mins check with the knife if it is done or not.

Now transfer them to the plate if it is done.

Serve this healthy snack with sauce and chutney.
