Ingredients

1 bowlwheat flour dough
4-5potatoes
2 tbspcoriander leaves
2green chillies
1 tspchat masala
1 tspred chilli powder
Pinchhing
To tastesalt
Oil for frying

Boiled the potatoes.

Peel and mashed the potatoes.

Add spices in mashed potatoes and mix well.

Make balls with the dough

Make poori fill this mixture bind and roll the poori.

Heat oil in a wok.

Add kachori and deep fried.

Serve with green chutney and curd.
