During the rainy season we can get this.it grows only ponds(taalab).
Steps

Wash & Cut the saag.in a bowl add warm water & put 2tsp salt.

Add the saag this salty water 20 miniut.so that it will be clean properly inside.

Take it out from the warm water.

In a hot pan add oil & let them hot.put garlic, cumim, chilli,fry it golden.

Add saag & lid it 5 miniute.

Open the lid & add salt.don't lid again.

Cook it open 10 miniute.

It will looks like dry saag.

Onion are optional.if you want to add it,add it along with saag.

Saag is ready to serve.
