Boil water in a pan add oil in it,add pasta, maggi, boil it on high flame.

Strain it with the help of strainer.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok add onion puree, ginger garlic paste, saute it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add tomato puree, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, salt mix it well, cook it on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add maggi masala, garam masala mix it well.

Now add boiled maggi and pasta and mix it well. Cook it on low flame for 2 minutes, switch off the gas.

Now add mayonnaise mix it well.

Put it in plate, add cheese slice on it, u can sprinkle mozrella cheese (grated) on it.

Serve it hot.

You can add tomato sauce in it.(as per your taste)

You can add vegetables of your choice.
