Cut aalo into 2 pieces and keep for boiling in cooker adding water and salt in it. Whistle for 3/4 times and once cooker is cooled down open it and remove aaloo and peel it.

Maash aaloo and add chopped green chillies, Dhaniya patta, lal mirch powder, salt, lemon juice. Now mix everything nicely.

Knead aata of paratha by adding salt and oil in it. Gradually add water and knead it. Rest for 15/20 minutes.

Now take loi of aata and roll as punjabi puri size, now place aaloo masala(1 tbl spoon). Now gradually fold the aata as to form potli and once potli is formed remove the remaining aata from upper side left/extra.

Now again but very gently roll the potli into paratha size.

Fry on tawa by adding oil on both sides. Fry till nice crispy ya as required.

Apply butter on Paratha while serving and even place butter on top of it. Kids love the butter taste and once melted on Paratha it taste yummmy....
