Methi paratha can be easily made. These methi parathas can just be haid plain with indian chai too or can served with curd or mango pickle......
Steps

Kneading dough for Parathas.... Rinse the methi leaves well drain them completely..

Chopped the methi leaves finely and keep aside.
- 3
In a bowl or parat mix whole wheat flour and salt. Add the chopped methi leaves, garlic, green chillies oil and mix.

Pour some water and Knead to smooth dough.
- 5
Make medium sized ball's of the dough.
- 6
Dust the dough ball with the flour and then rolling the methi paratha.
- 7
Place the methi paratha on a hot tawa or griddle.
- 8
When one side is bit cooked than flip the paratha.
- 9
Spread oil or ghee on this side.
- 10
Split again and you can c some brown spot on the paratha and apply some more ghee on this side too.

Flip again a couple of time till the methi paratha is evenly cooked from both sides.
- 12
Served methi paratha hot with curd or pickle or butter.
