Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 300 gmgoat meat, chopped
  2. 2onions, chopped
  3. 2 tbstomato paste
  4. 1 tspcumin
  5. 1little soy sauce, light one
  6. 1 tspwhite pepper
  7. 1 tspmustard
  8. 1 pinchsalt
  9. 1 cupwarm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the meat on very hot oil then cover with the lid

  2. 2

    Fry until its golden brown

    Add your onion

    Add 2tbs tomato paste or grated onions

    Add a little warm water, 1tsp cumin, a little white pepper, soy sauce and mustard.

    Let it continue boiling for 1hour
