Cooking Instructions

Wash and dice tomatoes, pepper and onion and set aside

Place snail in a pot and spice with salt, pepper, onion and knorr cube parboil for 8 minutes and remove from heat

Heat up frying pan; add vegetable oil and once the oil is hot; fry and remove snail once its fried through

In another pot; heat up the pot and once its hot add a cooking spoon of oil, add onions and fry for about a minute, then add tomatoes and pepper

Stir fry for about 5 to 8 minutes then add salt, knorr cube and any other spice you wish to add then stir in the snail and mix; cook for another 3 minutes and remove from heat.
