For The Sugar Syrup:

Take a pan add sugar and water. Cook for 15 minutes. Off the flame.

Take a heavy bottomed pan. Add milk and cook for 10 minutes.

Add ghee and mix well.

Add sugar and cook for 3-4minutes.

Add semolina and mix well.

Add red food colour and mix well and cook for 15 minutes.

When mixture leave the sides of the pan off the flame.

Allow the mixture to cool down.

For The Stuffing:

Take a heavy bottomed pan. Add ghee and milk and mix well.

Then add milk powder and mix well.

Add sugar and cook for few minutes.

Add saffron milk and stir until the mixture left the sides of the pan.Off the flame.

Make marble sized balls from the semolina.

Chumchum 2 minutes cook in sugar syrup.

Cut the chumchum and add stuffing.

Further roll them in desiccated coconut.

And garnish with cherry tutti frutti and chopped nuts.

Chumchum is ready to serve. Enjoy it.
