    Boil the meat and stockfish well spices with salt,Stock cubes.leave it to boil with palmoil onces the colour has changed to yellow.

    Put salt,Crayfish,Fresh pepper,stock cubes,ogiri when is boiling very well slice the vegetable and pour in.stir very well
