My Mediterranean Dip

I started off with Spanish Chorizo (not a spicey one.) And it went from there , tomatoes chopped, Advacado,spring onion(not Medditeranean) tomato puree, green pitted olives and black, lemon juice,Greek Yogurt and dried Parmeasan cheese, sweet peppers.its lovely 😀 #Dip

In a frying pan add a tbls of virgin olive oil heat up and add the chopped chorizo

Add the chopped tomatoes

Add the sweet peppers

Ccok then set aside to cool

In a jug or bowl Add the yogurt

Then add the spring onion

Then the chopped olives

Then the 2 tbls sweet corn

Then add the black olives

Then the chopped advacado

Add the parmeasan to the chorizo and mix in

Add the yogurt mix to the chorizo and mix all together

Add some lemons around the sides for the finishing touch
