BITTER GOURD(Karela) CRISPY VEGETABLE

Crispy Karela Vegetable made in Airfryer.
Steps

Wash bitter gourd..(Karela)

Peel the outer skin of bitter gourd.Slice them with slicer

Mix salt in sliced bitter gourd..keep aside for 15mins.Now add water mix well..and squeeze out water from sliced Bitter Gourd

Pad try these squeeze bitter gourd slices with kitchen towel.On the Airfryer for preheating for 5mins at 180.

Put these pat dried Bitter Gourd in bowl,add few Kaju pieces, 2 tbsp of oil..mix well..and put them in Airfryer to cook.

Cook these Bitter Gourd slices..in Preheated Airfryer for 12-15mins..in between stirring.(after 5 mins intervals)

Now remove these crispy bitter gourd slices in a bowl.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and Dhania Jeera powder, organic jaggery powder and lemon juice.Mix well.

Garnish with chopped fresh kothmari.and serve.It can also be serve as tiffin veg.
