A delicious & healthy dish of topioca pearls.
Steps

Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Switch off the stove.

Add soya chunks & leave them in hot water till they soften.Discard the water & squeeze off the water.

Add oil in a pan.Add mustard,cumin seeds. When it begin to splutter add green chillies(split),curry leaves.

Add chopped tomatoes, ginger paste,cumin powder, red chilli & turmeric powder.

Fry till it begins to leave the sides of the pan. Add soya chunks & salt.

Fry for 5 mint stirring often, till the meal maker/ soya chunks are coated well in the masala.

Add the roasted peanuts & frozen green peas.Pour water just enough to make a thick gravy.

Then add the soaked sabudana,stir well.

When the sabudana looses their opaqueness & starts becoming translucent they are cooked.Do not overcook as they might become hard.Serve hot.
