2large potatoes cut lengthwise
1 tspcumin seeds
1 tspcarom seeds
1 tspmustard seeds
1 tspkasuri methi
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1 pinchturmeric powder (optional)
1/2 tbspmustard oil

Take a pan or kadai heat on add 1/2 tbsp mustard oil, add mustard seeds, cumin, carom, kasuri methi saute for a second add cut potatoes stir well.

Add salt, ted chilli powder, turmeric powder mix well.

Simmer till potatoes cook.
