For churma mix all the mentioned ingridients and Knead in to dough

For churma rough dough is needed, no need to Knead hard

When rough dough is ready than give it a shape ofsmall balls or cylindrical shape

Deep fry it in a ghee, lots of ghee is used in dal baati churma

Deep fry all and take it out on plate and let it cool down to room temprature and grind it in mixer and make smooth churma

Mix it in sugar powder. churma is ready

For baati. knead dough, baati dough is usually little hard than we make douvh for chapati

Make smooth dough and make balls of it

Batti tandoor is diffrent and easily available in market

Pre heat baati tandoor for 3-4mins and place all the dough balls and cover it

Keep checking baati in between and take them out from the tandoor and dip baati in ghee for few mins. so that ghee should reach to the centre of the baati and make it more tasty.

For daal. soak daal for an hour and whistle it. 2 -3 whistles are sufficient.

When you put daal in cooker add salt and haldi

Take 3 tbsp ghee on a pan heat it and put jeera. hing. big cardamon.laung. heat it add red chilli powder and add it to the daal and serve hot.
