Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  • 2Potatoes
  • 150 grampointed gourd
  • 1ridged gourd
  • 1/4pumpkin cubed
  • 1/4raw papaya
  • 1 handfulvadies (lentil dumplings)
  • 1 tspfive spice
  • 1 tbspbhaja masala(cumin, coriander,bay leaf and red chilli dry roasted and grinded)
  • 3-4green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil add five spices and green chillies chopped

  2. 2

    Add the lentil dumplings and fry

  3. 3

    Add all the vegetables cut into cubes and saute adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Cover it till it become soft

  5. 5

    Now add ginger paste and bhaja masala saute well

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix well

  7. 7

    Serve it with plain rice
