14 ozmachaca
1/2onion, finely chopped
4tomatoes, finely chopped
Juice of 3 limes
1/3 cupcilantro, cleaned, disinfected, and finely chopped
1 splasholive oil
Salt to taste
1-2avocados, chopped
Serrano pepper, finely chopped, to taste
