Crush lijjat papad with hands into random,not more than CM long approximately.

Make a thin paste of corn flour with water and add salt, chat masala and red chilli powder to it.

Mix well.

Heat oil in a pan for frying.

Put paneer slices into corn flour paste one at a time such that all sides of paneer are covered with a thin layer.

Now roll paneer slice into the lijjat papad bits. Make sure that it is completely covered with a thick layer of papad bits.

Deep fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
