4-5potatoes
2-3green chillies
2 tbspgreen coriander
1 tspchopped ginger
1 bowlkuttu flour
1 tspblack pepper
to tastesalt
For fryingoil

Peel and cut the potatoes.

Add kuttu flour,black pepper,coriander, green chillies in a mixing bowl.

Add some water mix it well.

Dip potatoes in batter add heat oil deep fry till golden in colour.
