Ingredients

30 minutes
  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour (aata)
  • 1 cupgram flour (besan)
  • 1/2 cupsemolina (suji)
  • 3-4 cupsuperfine sugar (boora)
  • 1-2 cupLotus seeds
  • 1/2 cupcashews, almond,
  • 1 tbspRaisins
  • 1/2 cupcoconut
  • 1 tbspmuskmelon seeds
  • 1/2 tspgreen cardamom powder
  • 1 cupghee
  • 1-2 tspgond fry in 1tsp ghee

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First dry roast all the nuts and seeds and coconut Or with 1/2 tbsp ghee.

  2. 2

    Take 1 tsp ghee in same pan roast goondh for a second.

  3. 3

    After all the dry fruits cool down,set half of dry nuts aside grind half.

  4. 4

    Then Take a nonstick pan or kadai add rest of ghee add wheat flour, gram flour, semolina roast till ghee absorbed or aromatic

  5. 5

    Then switch off the heat add boora, and nuts grind mixture green cardamom and add half of roasted dry fruits mix well.

  6. 6

    Serve as a dessert.

    You can store this dessert in an airtight jar..
