First dry roast all the nuts and seeds and coconut Or with 1/2 tbsp ghee.

Take 1 tsp ghee in same pan roast goondh for a second.

After all the dry fruits cool down,set half of dry nuts aside grind half.

Then Take a nonstick pan or kadai add rest of ghee add wheat flour, gram flour, semolina roast till ghee absorbed or aromatic

Then switch off the heat add boora, and nuts grind mixture green cardamom and add half of roasted dry fruits mix well.

Serve as a dessert.

You can store this dessert in an airtight jar..
