Grilled Potatoes

In My Grilling Spot, we believe sides and appetizers are very important to complete the get together experience around grilling.
We will post many recipes on sides in the following weeks; however, this is one of the top recipes for us because of its simplicity. Enjoy!

Steps
- 1
Wash the potatoes with plenty of water.
- 2
Wrap them with aluminium foil and set them aside.
- 3
Place the potatoes at the end of the grid when you grill them. This is very important because you don’t want them to burn, the idea is to cook them at very low heat. You need to rotate the potatoes every 6 min and change positions to get them cooked evenly. Cook for 45 minutes while doing your regular grilling.
- 4
After they are done (stick a knife and if it goes through smoothly, that’s it!), set them aside and let them rest for 10 min. Otherwise, they will be really hot, you want your guests to get them warm.
- 5
Open the foil, cut the potatoes and add butter and salt to taste. You can add other spices as well. Serve and enjoy!
