Steps

Take a bowl add dal,then washed dal and soaked for 5hours.

After 5 hours dal coarsely grind.

Take a bowl add grind dal and all masala,and onion mixed well rest for half an hour.

Take a wok add oil,then oil heat make a bhajia fry for both sides.

Crispy bhajia ready to eat.

Serve bhajia tamarind sauce and tomato ketchup.
