Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsoaked moong dal
  2. 2onion slices
  3. 1chop green chilli
  4. 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  5. 2 pinchhing
  6. 2 pinchgarlic powder
  7. 2 pinchturmeric powder
  8. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tspcrushed dry coriander seeds
  10. 2 pinchkasuri methi
  11. as neededOil for deep frying
  12. to taste tamarind sauce
  13. to taste tomato ketchup

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add dal,then washed dal and soaked for 5hours.

  2. 2

    After 5 hours dal coarsely grind.

  3. 3

    Take a bowl add grind dal and all masala,and onion mixed well rest for half an hour.

    Take a wok add oil,then oil heat make a bhajia fry for both sides.

    Crispy bhajia ready to eat.

    Serve bhajia tamarind sauce and tomato ketchup.
