Steps

Chop the coriander and pudina leaves and grate the ginger.

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except black salt and water
- 3
Now put the ingredients into a blender. Add water and blend well.

Pass through a strainer into a tumbler.
- 5
Spread black salt from top and serve chilled.
- 6
You may squeeze lime juice also into the tumbler and stir well before serving.
