Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • I teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  • 3large eggs
  • 1orange to extract orange juice
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 100 gmsmargarine
  • 1/2 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the sugar and margarine till the texture is soft

  2. 2

    Add the eggs and continue whisking

    Now add the flour plus baking and fold well. Add the orange juice and milk and continue folding

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  5. 5

    Bake for 25 minutes

I did the recipe today and tried to measure in grams as requested it was 300g flour and sugar 150g. Hope I did not delay you much.
