In a large bowl, sift together all the dry ingredients. Add the water and stir well. Place the mixture over medium heat and cook, stirring, until it comes to a boil and thickens.

Reduce the heat to low and continue stirring constantly. Let the meghli cook on low heat for 45 minutes.

Prepare serving cups. Pour the meghli into the cups and let it cool slightly. Garnish as desired, starting with shredded coconut, then add the remaining nuts and toppings.

Serve the meghli cold and enjoy!
