Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupmillet soaked into water overnight
  • 1 cupmoong dal soaked into water overnight
  • 1/2 cupcabbage finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspginger chilli paste
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 cuprice flour
  • 1 tbspbesan
  • 1/2 cupcornflour
  • as neededvermicelli sev for coating

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook millet and moongdal..Cool completely...

  2. 2

    Add ginger chilli paste,salt,rice flour,besan,corn flour...
    cabbage.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients well.

  4. 4

    Make small round

  5. 5

    Make cornflour slurry...

  6. 6

    Dip each ball in cornflour paste and coated with vermicelli...

  7. 7

    Deep fry in hot oil till it become golden brown..

  8. 8

    Serve with ketchup or chutney...
