Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1Kesar mango
  • 1 bowlCurd
  • 2 spoonSugar
  • sticksIce-cream
  • Cling film

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and chop mango.

  2. 2

    Blend the mango.

  3. 3

    Mix curd and sugar and blend it.

  4. 4

    Take disposable glass.

  5. 5

    First pour mango puree and then lassi.

  6. 6

    Likewise make layers.

  7. 7

    Cover with cling film,make a small cut and insert the ice-cream stick and keep in deep freezer to set.

  8. 8

    When full set,remove ice-cream from disposable glass and enjoy.
