First of all boil macaroni in salted water. Drain all the water and separate it. It should be 80% cooked. Rest will be done while deep frying.

Now mix all the ingredients except oil. Adjust salt as per the taste. Make a batter, use some water if required. It is similar to normal pakora/fritters batter.

Pour spoonful of batter into the hot oil and fry till they become golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato sauce and sprinkle some chat masala over them. We enjoyed with this combo :).
