1.1/2 cupWheat Flour
1/2 cupSugar
4-5 tablespoonMilk
for fryOil

Steps

In a bowl, add wheat flour and oil and mix it for 5-7 minutes.

Then add sugar into and mix it well and then add milk into it and prepare a very hard dough of it.

Meanwhile, heat some oil in a pan.

Cut out small peices of dough and shape to as per your choice.

Drop it into hot oil and deep fry it.

Your meethi mathari is ready to serve.
