Ingredients

4bread slices
1/2 cupfresh malai
1chopped tomato
1green chilli
1 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
1/2 tspblack pepper
to tasteSalt

Take a bowl add malai and all ingredients and salt, black pepper mix it all well.

Heat a pan and take a bread spread the malai mixture.put the heat pan.

Now lightly press and turn it now.then till become golden brown.

Now malai toast is ready.
