Soak daal in water for 2 hours then drain water and grind in mixer with little water

Take a pan put ghee let it hot then low flame add deal and stir continue in stating stage daal will stick in pan but don’t worry it will be ok you just stir continue and cook till golden brown colour

Take a another pot add 1 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar dissolve it off heat add this syrup in roasted daal mix it

Add mava and cook continue on low flame till ghee separate from pan garnish with almonds
