Steps

Take a mixing bowl add maida salt ajjwain jeera black pepper kasuri methi and mix well.

Now add oil and again mix it
Knead the dough by using water

The dough should little hard not soft.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 1/2 hour.

Make big balls and roll it and cut in shape and deep fry on medium flame...
