Mix all the ingredients together and make a dough. Cut the dough 110g each to get 18pieces. roll them using your hand into small round balls, when you are done use a rolling pin to make each ball a bit flat then use a bottle top cut a circular shape in the middle so as to form a doughnut shape.

Dust a tray with flour put them their, let them proof till they become double the size then you deep fry till they become golden brown..

Let them cool and you serve either with tea, coffee or milk
