Quick and easy salmon dinner.

Prep pan on medium heat with 1 tablespoon butter and about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Place fillet (skin side down) in pan.

Season with salt, add fresh ground peppercorns.

Cook on one side until half-cooked through, flip when ready

Season otherside same way and let cook until done on otherside
